  Q. My order has not yet arrived, what should I do?
  • Please email us at: admin@theadultstore.org.uk stating the product id of the item you ordered, your paypal email address and the date of the order and we will get back to you asap. If you would like us to contact you by phone to discuss the problem please include a contact telephone number
